You'll be able to tune in to NBC Sports Philadelphia (previously Comcast SportsNet) this evening to watch Joel Embiid make his preseason debut when the Sixers take on the Brooklyn Nets in Long Island.
The game was not intitially scheduled to air on television in the Philly market, but that changed midday on Wednesday after some work behind the scenes.
Philly fans voicing their opinions appears to have paid off this time.
Embiid will be available for action for the first time since inking his lucrative contract extension while Markelle Fultz will be unavailable due to knee soreness.
