LOS ANGELES -- Chris Paul had 25 points and 11 assists, Jamal Crawford added 21 points, and the Los Angeles Clippers extended the NBA's longest active winning streak to nine games with a 114-111 overtime victory over the New Orleans Pelicans on Sunday.

Two-time All-Star Anthony Davis, the Pelicans' leading scorer and rebounder, did not play because of a back contusion. He was hurt when he dove over the first row of seats chasing a loose ball early in the Pelicans' 91-86 home loss to Indiana on Friday night.

The Pelicans forced overtime when Jrue Holiday made three free throws after he was fouled by Austin Rivers on a 3-point attempt from the top of the key with 1.6 seconds left.

Los Angeles native Holiday scored 12 of his season-high 29 points off the bench in the fourth quarter to help New Orleans erase a 12-point deficit. Tyreke Evans added 26 (see full recap).

Mavs send T'wolves to 6th straight loss
MINNEAPOLIS -- Dirk Nowitzki scored 29 points, converted a big three-point play and grabbed a key loose ball in the final seconds to lead the Dallas Mavericks over the skidding Minnesota Timberwolves 93-87 on Sunday.

With many of the Mavericks struggling, Nowitzki again showed he can carry his team at 37 years old. He hit four of Dallas' six 3-pointers to help overcome an off night from the starting backcourt.

Wesley Matthews and Deron Williams came into the game averaging 14.5 and 13.2 points per game, respectively. They shot a combined 3 for 18, with their first field goals coming late in the fourth.

After attempting 44 3-pointers Friday at Milwaukee, the Mavericks tried only 20 against the Timberwolves, who have dropped six straight and 10 of 11. Minnesota didn't get much production from the perimeter, either, hitting only four of 16 attempts from behind the arc (see full recap).

Down 21 in 3rd, Grizzlies rally by Celts
MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A lackluster performance through 2 1/2 quarters left the Grizzlies down 21 points to Boston.

But thanks to better defense and the inside play of Zach Randolph, Memphis overcame that deficit Sunday for its biggest comeback victory of the season in a 101-98 win over the Celtics.

"It's never going to be easy," said Grizzlies guard Tony Allen, who had a couple of steals that contributed to 10 Boston turnovers after halftime. "We aren't just going to come in and dust people on the floor. We just aren't that type of team," (see full recap).

Anthony, Porzingis help Knicks top Bucks
NEW YORK -- Kristaps Porzingis leaped from one side of the rim, extended his arm as far as his 7-foot-3 frame would allow to grab the missed shot, and dunked the ball from the other side.

"Only somebody like him could make that play, make that dunk," Carmelo Anthony said.

Actually, it looked as if all the Knicks had highlights in a high-flying third quarter.

Anthony had 24 points, 10 rebounds and eight assists and the Knicks beat the Milwaukee Bucks 100-88 on Sunday night (see full recap).
