Jean Segura’s return to the Phillies’ lineup didn’t last long.

The Phillies’ shortstop, activated from the injured list Saturday after missing the past 10 games with a hamstring strain, was struck in the helmet by a fastball from Marlins pitcher Trevor Richards in the second inning.

He got up under his own power and appeared to want to stay in the game, but was replaced by Sean Rodriguez.

Segura is hitting .324 on the season with one home run and 10 RBI.
